Returns & Exchange Policy

As all Hayley Maree pieces are made to order for each individual bride—specifically our Custom Gowns—returns and exchanges are not accepted, except in the unlikely event of a major fault with the item. The Adore Range is the only exception to this policy.

Change of Mind

Once your order has been confirmed, if you change your mind, you have two options:

  1. Forfeit the 50% deposit: In this case, Hayley Maree will keep your gown.

  2. Pay the remaining 50%: You may choose to pay the remaining balance and have your gown completed and sent to you.

Quality Control & Faults

All items are carefully quality-controlled at the Hayley Maree Studio before being collected by customers. In the unlikely event that a defect is missed, you are entitled to a free repair or replacement.

  • If a major fault is found, you will be entitled to a full refund, as determined by our quality control team.

  • If you find an issue with your purchase upon receiving it, you must notify us within 7 days and return the item within 14 days.

To report a fault, please email us with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Your name

  • Detailed description of the fault

  • Photographs of the issue
