Online Ordering Agreement

Terms and Conditions Agreement

We understand that purchasing a gown online can be a big decision, and we want to ensure that you feel informed and confident before finalizing your purchase. Please read through the following terms and conditions carefully. If you have any questions after reading, don't hesitate to contact us at admin@hayleymareebridal.com.

1. Sizing & Alterations

1.1 Adore Collection Sizing
I understand that Hayley Maree gowns from the Adore collection are not made to measure. They are ready-to-wear gowns that are made to order. It is my responsibility to take my own measurements correctly and to consult the Sizing Chart to determine the appropriate size.

We do offer a Bespoke Design Made-to-Measure service at our Bridal Studio in Wallan by appointment. For more details, please contact us at admin@hayleymareebridal.com.

1.2 Sizing Chart & Measurements
I confirm that I have read and understood the Sizing Chart and how to properly take my measurements.

1.3 Responsibility for Sizing
If I have had the help of a stylist in determining the best size for my body, I understand that it is still my responsibility to use the Sizing Chart and guide to ensure I order the correct size.

1.4 Order Confirmation & Size Change
I understand that once my order has been confirmed, I cannot change the size of my gown, as production begins immediately once my order is confirmed and the deposit is paid.

1.5 Alterations
I acknowledge that my gown may require alterations, including adjustments to the hem, to achieve the perfect fit. Alterations are not the responsibility of Hayley Maree. I also understand the importance of allowing sufficient time for alterations before my wedding date.

2. Payments, Time Frame & Ordering

2.1 Production Time
I understand that each Hayley Maree gown is made to order and takes a minimum of 6 months to complete. This time frame begins once I have paid the 50% deposit and selected my size and length.

2.2 Full Payment & Installments
I acknowledge that I must pay for my gown, veil, and/or accessories in full before the items are shipped. If I wish to pay in installments, I can email admin@hayleymareebridal.com to request this option.

2.3 Delivery & Shipping
I have read and understood the Hayley Maree Delivery & Shipping Information and acknowledge that I must allow the appropriate amount of time for delivery. I also understand that unforeseen circumstances may delay delivery.

2.4 50% Deposit
I understand that a 50% deposit of the total order amount (including postage) is required to complete and confirm my order.

2.5 Final Payment
I understand that the remaining 50% balance is due before my gown and/or accessories are shipped.

3. Fabrics & Imperfections

3.1 Fabric Quality
I understand that Hayley Maree gowns are handmade in Australia from luxury fabrics, which may have unique characteristics due to the nature of the materials.

3.2 Fabric Pulls
I acknowledge that luxury fabrics, such as silk, can sometimes pull, and while every care is taken to prevent this, minor pulls may occasionally occur. These are not considered faults by Hayley Maree.

3.3 Natural Imperfections in Silk
I understand that silk is a natural fibre and may have slight imperfections in the fabric. These natural variations are not faults but rather part of the unique beauty of the fabric, adding to the individuality and special nature of my gown.

4. Returns & Exchanges

4.1 Returns & Exchange Policy
I have read and fully understand the Hayley Maree Returns & Exchange Policy. I acknowledge that all sales are final for custom-made gowns, with exceptions made only for major faults as outlined in the Returns & Exchange Policy.

By proceeding with your order, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined above. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us at admin@hayleymareebridal.com.
